Cynthia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was known for her kind heart, generous spirit, and infectious smile. Cynthia will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community. She is survived by her two children, Dalton Steele-Rooks and Aaron Rooks; and her grandchild Sterling Rooks.
