Obituary of Stephen George Cavanaugh

Stephen George Cavanaugh, 80, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on August 29th 2023. He was born December 4th 1942 in Jersey City, New Jersey, he graduated from Cliffside Park High School in New Jersey in 1962. 

Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Cavanaugh, his father, Stephen J Cavanaugh, sister; Evalyn (Lyn) Williams, brother; William (Bill) Crimmins and step father, William Crimmins. He is survived by his daughters, Renee Cavanaugh, Nichole Holbury and Michelle Goodson, his son, Paul Goodson, grandchildren; Alisia Cavanaugh, Jonathan Cavanaugh and Ethan Holbury, great-grandchildren; Dylan Sunseri and Noah Cavanaugh also Lorraine Cavanaugh, the mother of his children, and Sue Tolbert, his second wife. 

Stephen was generous, loving, caring and a wonderful father. He loved cars, reading, playing cards, watching sports and enjoyed spending time with his dogs Happy and Lucy. His handsome smile, charming personality and wonderful heart will forever be missed and remember by all who knew him.
