Hoxter, Noram Lee,78, of Clearwater, died July 29, 2021. She is survived by her children, Norma Denson, of Rowe, MA, Linda Linhares, of Taunton, MA, Robert Palmer, of AL; and caregiver Scott Curran. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
