Samatha Jo-Ann Bilbrey, known to her family and friends as "Sammi" , 28, of Pinellas Park , Florida passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 12: 47 am at the intersection of 49th Street and 54th Avenue North in St Petersburg, Florida. She was born on January 25, 1991 at Bayfront Healthcare - St Petersburg in Saint Petersburg, Florida to Claude and Earlene (Withrow) Bilbrey.

Samatha is survived by her amazing parents, Claude Kenneth Bilbrey and Earlene Ruth Bilbrey , her beautiful daughter Dilyla Jo-Ann Elmore, her beautiful sister Tabatha Bilbrey , her amazing brothers Kenneth Bilbrey, Brian Bilbrey and step-brother Lester Woodby, her loving nieces Brianna Marie, Alyson Michelle, Amyah Channelle, Alahna Cheyenne, Madyson Michelle, Sophia Rae, Eliza Ruth, and her handsome nephew Brian Bruce.

She was preceded in death by her Grandmothers Nancy Jones, and Jo-Ann Mills, both of Pinellas Park, FL.

Samatha was most proud of becoming a mother to her beautiful daughter. She enjoyed cheerleading in school and was a graduate of Pinellas Park High School. She was born with a seizure disorder but overcame them at the age of 11, never having one again. Samatha took care of everyone in the family and was considered the rock of the family. Samatha loved spending time with the children in the family. She enjoyed riding her bicycle, listening to music and attending concerts with friends.

The family will receive friends at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm for a Memorial Service. Pastor Larry Merritt officiating. Memorials may be made to the St Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
