Obituary of Maria E. Heald

HEALD, Maria E., 76, of Seminole, FL, passed away on July 27, 2018.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 6, 2108, at A Life Tribute, 716 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL, 33770. Burial will follow at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, St. Petersburg, FL 33708.

Maria was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to Candelaria Ortiz-Gonzalez and Ruben Aguilar on May 2, 1942. She went to school in Brooklyn, New York, and received her High School Diploma in 1986. Maria worked in Nashua, N.H., where she lived and worked as a computer technician for many years. She married William “Bill” Heald Jr. on November 5, 1994, in Massachusetts. On October 25, 1960, September 23, 1961, and December 26, 1964, she welcomed into the world her three children who were the most important part of her life.

Maria was a loving Mother, Wife, Sister, Grandparent, and Confidant. She truly lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures; whether it was chatting on the phone or in person to friends and family, she made sure to make every moment count. In her spare time, she enjoyed going camping, on road trips, and going to the casino. Maria had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

Maria is survived by her husband William “Bill” Heald Jr., her three children - Danny Morales, Gregory Morales (Sheri), and Diana Kerber (Alan), her brother David Aguilar, two sisters - Victoria Aguilar and Raquel Caban, her six grandchildren - Gregory Morales Jr., Jennifer Rodriguez, Gustavo Almonte, Amy Morales, Daniel Morales, and Brooklyn Morales, as well as five great-grandchildren - Mya Morales, Santos Ferrer, My’lani and Leilani Almonte, and Carter Alford.

We lost a wonderful woman who can never be replaced. During the days following her passing, we have been blessed with the loving embrace of our family and friends. Thank you to everyone who sent beautiful floral arrangements, food and called us with a kind word, sent a card, or was just there to help with anything that needed to be done. The sudden loss of Maria was made a little easier with the love and support we received from our friends and family. Your expressions of sympathy were greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
